Membership fee is non refundable.
All memberships will be automatically renewed for one year.
Cancellation request must be done in writing at least 40 days before the new membership year starts on the 1st of January of each year.
Membership is considered cancelled only with the confirmation e-mail sent from The Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce.
