You will provide support to our Pan European and UK Sales team, including our outside field sales teams who are working to maintain and develop new business opportunities. Sales support activities are conducted as they relate to an 8-stage value based selling process.
Duties include but are not limited to generating and screening new business leads, working collaboratively with field sales to analyze data and compile responses for new business proposals, providing assistance with deal implementation such as preparing and distributing ticketing instructions and coordinating fare-filing information.
Other duties involve organising relevant data and collateral materials for sales call preparation, assisting with sales call follow-up and engaging in all aspects of contract implementation and maintenance such as corporate data analysis, The successful candidate will also be involved in some outside activities including customer training and travel fairs with limited travel required.
